Those include 6vs6 trick battles, where you compete to score points by landing tricks (eg. by not landing on your unprotected skull after turning your bike upside down), as well as versus mode and free-for-all....

As reported by Polygon, Simon was permanently banned from Roblox a few years ago for homophobia, harassment of employees, and posting pornographic content on the platform. However, he reportedly uses hacks and other users’ accounts to continue playing. Samurai Gunn 2 was first announced back in 2018 with a planned 2019 release date. Back then it was due to be published by Double Fine Presents, Double Fine’s publishing division which shut down after they were acquired by Microsoft. Now that the game has reappeared, it has a new publisher and is aiming for an early access release this summer. The game’s Steam page explains that they “plan to continue updating Samurai Gunn 2 in Early Access until we finish Adventure Mode, finish the Comic, and expand Versus mode with lots of new characters and levels....

Remember, you’ll need a PCIe 4.0 compatible motherboard to make the most of the Samsung 980 Pro, which at time of writing includes AMD’s B550 and X570 boards and (as of yesterday) Intel’s just released Z590 boards. Playing as Dimitrescu means building your Thrill meter by slashing away at lycans and other enemies, which enables special moves such as slamming down other bad guys or just outright summoning her trio of daughters to tear up shop for her. It’s a cool addition to become the extremely tall and dominating vampire. Lady D’s still so popular that she might even end up in the Netflix Resident Evil live-action TV show, if its showrunner gets his way, too....

Twenty years later - thanks to faster PCs, the Rush Hour expansion, and a huge modding community - SimCity 4 is the best of all SimCity games. If what you care about is simulation, scale, variety, and the beauty of urban sprawl, it’s also the best citybuilder. Setting aside fantasy and medieval variants, the template laid down by the SimCity series remains the expectation for most citybuilders. As the mayor of a fledgling town, you zone commercial, residential and industrial districts, place down amenities and services to satisfy residents, and attempt to balance the budget as your town begins to take on a life of its own....

When it was first announced, Skull & Bones was planned as a sort of team ship fighting game more about being a ship than a pirate, a sort of spinoff of the naval combat from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. In a new report, Video Games Chronicle spoke with anonymous development sources who suggested that Ubisoft Singapore have been changing tack for the pirate ’em up. “Skull & Bones had been struggling to carve itself a unique position among Ubisoft’s existing portfolio of open-world games,” VGC report....

Ancient Arenas: Chariots is being developed by the original Hard West devs Creative Forge, and looks like it will be a balance of managing your chariot-racing enterprise with racing the death carts themselves. The full Ben Hur experience, then, spread across four classical regions: Rome, Greece, Egypt and Hispania. You can spectate on races or micromanage to your heart’s content, but watch out for the health of your charioteers and horses....

New playable characters in Genshin Impact often appear as NPCs before their gacha debuts, or at least get a lot of lore hype beforehand. But Yelan remains something of a mystery just days before she joins the game, and it turns out that’s no coincidence: the other characters are just as in the dark as we are. Source Of Madness looks at all the roguelites saturating the marketplace and it says, “Heh, you call that procedural generation?” The next day it looks at them all again and it shouts, “Pah, that’s not procedural generation is it?” Two days later it whispers, “Procedural generation? No way that’s what you’re doing.” The game goes BIG on procedural generation, if you hadn’t guessed. Its levels and enemies are all powered by a combination of proc-gen and AI machine learning....

Crucially, it’s built around the time-honoured structure of bracketing missions with time in a central hub, where you use space coins to upgrade your ship, its crew, their gear and their skills. That back and forth between frantic space missions and dopamine-soaked downtime at HQ is what makes Space Crew so compelling - but it’s also the source of some major, if fixable, limitations. Generally, I had a really good time with Space Crew....
